Since our founding in 1995, we have been an independent testing laboratory based in Roetgen, Germany. Led by Dipl. Ing. (FH) Jurik Akopjan, our dedicated team of experts is committed to the highest standards of quality and reliable testing services.

Our expertise spans various areas of plastics testing. With our team of skilled specialists, we continuously strive to develop innovative solutions for complex testing challenges.

Our modern laboratory occupies 1,000 m², with a total working area of 3,200 m². We specialize in creep rupture testing, operating up to 600 test stations. Our extensive capabilities for accelerated internal pressure and thermal aging tests allow us to fine tune to the specific needs of our customers. Recognized as an independent testing laboratory by DIN CERTCO and DIBt and accredited by DAkkS, we reliably characterize raw materials and semi-finished products, assessing a wide range of material properties.

Our portfolio includes long-term tensile tests such as the Full Notch Creep Test (FNCT) and the Two Notch Creep Test (2NCT) for determining resistance to Environmental Stress Cracking (ESC). We are experts in internal pressure testing of pipes, including Point Loading Tests (PLT) and Notched Pipe Tests (NPT). Our lab works with a variety of materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in forms including granulates, powders, pipes, sheets, profiles, and finished products like tanks.
